Summary of Primary Job Responsibilities:

The Acticall Sitel Group seeks a Global CHRO or “CEEO” Executive to lead our Customer Experience and Digital Goals within the organization, thus truly expanding our "People First" brand. Incumbent should come with a strong passion and understanding of the digital world, customer experience, innovation and the future of our industry.  This highly evolving role partners with company founders, the board, top executives and C - level peers for people strategy, insights and risk mitigation. Limited corporate HR services, this role leans toward branding, daily HR functions, recruitment and talent development. Must be Influential, high energy, possess an entrepreneurial spirit, highly flexible and comfortable leading across regions.


Minimum Bachelors / Masters or Human Relations Degree

Experience Target:

10-15 Years+ related leadership experience, including P&L responsibility for a major function within the business.


Technical expertise in organizational development and effectiveness, HR Generalist capabilities.Highly analytical, able to collect and use data to drive decision making. Strong indirect influence skills; ability to drive action across multiple stakeholders and geographies. Flexible and creative – knows how to get a big payoff from limited resources. Significant experience partnering with multiple clients, vendors, and international business partners; gravitas to deal with senior client, community and executive leaders.


Bias toward digital – a tech advocate with a strong social media presence and network and proven success driving non-traditional, tech-enabled People programs. Service mentality and passion for customer experience (internal and external).

Special Certifications:

SPHR Preferred but not required.

Travel Required:

Comfortable with frequent domestic and international travel.  Flexibility in working hours to meet international business needs.

Job Requirements
