System Director, TLRA
Location: Houston, TX
This position has the full responsibility and accountability for the direction, leadership, and effective operation of TLRA. TLRA markets accounts receivable and extended business office outsourcing services to facilities internal and external to CHRISTUS Health, its affiliates and partners. TLRA handles all types of medical accounts receivables, legal, and insurance recovery claims for clients nationwide. The Administrator of TLRA is responsible for all areas of the organization including vision, leadership, P&L, financial management, marketing, business growth and development, strategic planning, stewardship of resources, structure, performance, risk management, compliance, communications, integrity, and human resources.
