VP, Intelligent Automation Manager
Location: Whitehouse Station, NJ
The Intelligent Automation (IA) Manager will be responsible planning and launching Intelligent Automation opportunities (business cases) in support of Chubb’s Digital Strategy aimed at transforming our Operations. Intelligent Automation represents the services that use Robotics Process Automation (RPA) or Machine (ML) to automate processes in our enterprise functions such as Underwriting, Policy Administration, Finance, Claims, IT, etc. This role will require the candidate to manage a portfolio of implementations and deliver benefits such as improved customer experience, increasing operational effectiveness and delivering financial results. In addition to identifying and launching Intelligent Automation opportunities, this role will lead and partner with IA technology/tooling and implementation vendors to ensure all the elements are in place for rapid deployment of IA.
Manager will also provide program management support, planning and project assurance support to business units who will be responsible for day-to-day project management and execution. Manager will also partner with federated Intelligent Automation Center-of-Excellence (CoE) to define and operationalize IA technologies and associated best practices (e.g. methodology, playbooks, roles & responsibilities) across Chubb’s Operations. This role requires thought leadership, change orientation, seamless execution, strong relationship management and effective communication capabilities. Manager will also provide visibility and communicate IA strategies effectively with key functional stakeholders and Executive Management in the Operational and Executive Committees.
