Job Description

  1. Oversees daily activities of site operations Managers/Supervisors to maximize scheduling and real-time utilization of resources; analyzes and recommends part-time, flexible and full-time employee mix for the site/branch

  2. Understand clients’ industries, work environments and needs to effectively intake, confirm and fill open order requirements

  3. Resolving problems in a timely and effective manner with operations and customer

  4. Developing further business and strengthening relationships through quality delivery against customer needs and expectations

  5. Proactive communication and issue resolution with customers and Site/Branch Managers regarding status of open order requirements, employee or service issues

  6. Lead and/or manage the implementation process, including timely and accurate documentation/sign-off of the Implementation Plan Setup Document and other related documents, communication of client commitments (i.e. reporting) and expectations to internal team, interpreting and providing context for client requests, ensuring appropriate review and customer sign-off, leading site visits and conference calls, and related responsibilities to ensure flawless implementation

  7. Manage departmental programs and processes with continuous improvement

  8. Assists in ensuring branch/site staff is given the training, resources and support to perform a safe and high quality job

  9. Promotes a people-oriented culture where employees are valued as individuals as well as for their professional contributions.

10.  Work with Director of Operations to develop and facilitate new standard operation procedures for all locations.

11.  Train and develop all Onsite Managers and Supervisors within the region

12.  Coordinate with Corporate management department to order necessary equipment for new accounts or existing offices who may need replacements

13.  Work with Director of Operations to ensure all paperwork is completed for all new hires, including request for hire, new user set up, and training schedule for new associate
