Chief Compliance Officer
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Reporting to the President & CEO, with direct access to the board of trustees, this position is responsible for developing, overseeing and monitoring the organization’s Compliance Program. The ideal candidate must have an executive presence but be approachable, curious by nature, have an investigative focus and the confidence to navigate complex situations, address difficult matters, communicate clearly and pursue difficult issues with resourcefulness, optimism and clarity. Must possesses specific knowledge related to Hospice and Palliative Medicare Conditions of Participation, CAHPS/HIS data, HIPAA regulations, Quality Assurance, Performance Improvement Programs and OIG compliance program structure. The organization is Joint Commission accredited and is working towards achieving the Malcom Baldrige award; both initiatives are under the auspices of this position.
