Sodexo is seeking an Executive Chef 2 for the United States Air Force at Warren Air Force Base located in Cheyenne, Wyoming. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to lead the culinary charge. This position will supervise 40 airmen and civilian cooks serving our airmen and civilian customers. Primary responsibilities will be training and developing the culinary team, inventory and food cost control, safety compliance, purchasing as needed and will be serve as the prmary contact in the absence of the General Manager. Excellent team building skills, client and customer skills, effective cost controls and a passion for outstanding food and service are keys to success. Job Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
